Projects in Culture and Tourist Industry

During my time in culture and tourist industry, I worked as the director of business unit for a cultural and creative company and a project planner and coordinator for the parent company's strategic development department. Here are the projects for which I was responsible. 1. Yongjiang Village Based on China's policy for rural revitalization, the project seeks to build a bamboo-themed village that is consistent with the rural environment and features rural hospitality, farming experiences, bamboo arts shows, a rural bookstore, tea art, and restorative activities. The village has drawn thousands of tourists and industry experts since its opening in 2020. It was designated as a National Beautiful Leisure Village in 2020 by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China.   2. Welcome to my personal website. I am currently working as the chief of administrative section in  Yibin Research Institute of Southwest Jiaotong University . My job includes administration, personnel management and coordination of institute-enterprise collaborative research .   I am also a published writer.   My research  interests lie in the representation of masculinity and queerness in moving-images, stardom and its industry, gender, race and class in media, film history and artificial intelligence.  During my work, I meet many younger generations on the periphery of the mainstream culture, the majority of whom graduated from vocational schools ( by standards of China's competitive society, vocational school diploma is hardly a guarantee of a "great life" ) and are underrepresented in the media.
